I saw these reviews AFTER I had ordered so was worried. However pleasantly surprised how fast the goods reached me and in perfect condition! Very pleased :)

Absolutely rubbish customer service.
Bought an advent calendar which was missing the first day. Not a great start. Tried numerous times to get a new item. No joy. Won't be buying from the m again.

Godawful. Will never purchase from the online store again. No parcel ever showed up with Santa present in it. Two weeks of constantly asking for someone to even reply to my email. Then a "we'll deal with it later" reply and nothing since, despite further emails. Still waiting on my package. Unbelievably poor service.
*update: I was eventually refunded the money after emails sent every day*

Terrible service. Spritz water bottle broken on arrival and couldn’t be used. Still waiting for replacement or money back, but now saying the Hermes tracking number that I returned it on is incorrect....just trying to get out of refunding. Will not be buying from smuggle again!

My niece had put 'Santa's Cookies Scented HB Pencils' on her Christmas List. Only a little extra Christmas Gift. So I purchased 3 for 2 HB Scented Pencils (including the Santa ones). When the package was delivered, for some bizarre reason it came as a large cardboard box (the size of a small hamper) - for 3 packs of pencils ... It was also badly damaged and split open. Luckily a nice neighbour had rescued 1 pack of the pencils - which had fallen out. It was in a terrible state. Next, to the pencils - no Santa's Cookies - just some lame replacement pack instead. So my order was wrong and my niece wont receive what she asked for. Having just come away from working the Night Shift I opted to telephone SMIGGLE on their free phone number. It's probably free, because no one is going to answer it. I waited for a full 20 minutes before hanging up to write this stinging review. I got tired of listening to their pre recorded message, 'Your call is important to us and we will answer it as soon as possible.' Obviously it wasn't and no they didn't. I will never buy from them ever again (especially after seeing the reviews on here) and am just so grateful that all I've lost out on is a pack of pencils - unlike some poor souls on here. Avoid!!!

Ordered items for my daughter for Christmas. Got a discount and the items came within the timeframe estimated. I think quicker than was originally said. Packaged well too. Thanks Smiggle

Bought a number of items online and one of the items was not suitable. Checked the terms for returns - states items bought online can be exchanged or refunded in store apart from items bought with ClearPay. Called into store to obtain refund - told I could have a refund as I had paid by PayPal- I asked were it said that on invoice (only reference was Clearpay) - told they just couldnt! Totally unacceptable and misleading!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Placed an order on 12th November which included their advent calendar and I'm still waiting. Contacted them 10 days later and was told it was lost in transit by Hermes and that an investigation would be raised. They resent my order on 25th November and again still waiting. Phoned them asking where it was and yet again lost in transit by Hermes and another investigation raised ???? I've been phoning everyday since as was promised a phone call by management and funny enough no phone call. Yet smuggle are quick enough to take the money out of my account ????????????

Despite reading the reviews before ordering I thought I would give it a go anyway and I'm really glad that I did because from ordering to receiving delivery I had no problems whatsoever. Very pleased with my items price and quality, hence 5 stars. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to re-order.

I wish I read the reviews here before shopping on their website!! Please don't buy their gift cards online if you don't want to have disappointments!!!! I ordered 2 gift cards together with other products but I couldn't find any gift cards anywhere in the box where other stuff arrived in! My phone call was never answered either!
